Comprehensive Protection
Challenges Facing Indonesian Migrant Workers
Every year, thousands of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) go abroad, including to Japan, to improve their family's welfare. However, they often face serious challenges such as unfair work contracts, lack of supervision, and cultural and language difficulties. This situation underlines the importance of our presence in accompanying and protecting them.
The Birth of ICC (Indonesia Care Center)
To address these concerns, Indonesia Care Center (ICC) was established — an institution dedicated to protecting and empowering Indonesian migrant workers. ICC serves as a bridge between PMI, Japanese employers, Indonesian sending companies, and the government. The goal is clear: to ensure PMI rights are protected, monitor their working conditions, and fulfill the Indonesian government's duty to provide protection to its citizens abroad.
ICC Web & App Functions
ICC is not only present physically, but also through a web and application designed to make things easier for all parties. It contains various advanced features such as:

Complaint Service
